Green Roof Maintenance

 Green roofs are a big investment for most projects.  When they are installed properly (by us) they will be beautiful and bring a new appreciation for your roof space.  that said like any ‘landscape’ green roofs will need routine maintenance to keep it looking and performing as the first year it was installed.  We have a detailed green roof maintenance program that we can send via e-mail.  It will include seasonal weed walks, watering, filling out of areas that have died, make sure proper sun exposure is being utilized or over-exposure. 

**While we do install irrigation systems we are not an irrigation company and we do not ‘winterize’ the irrigation system.  Please have your landscaper or irrigation company do all the winterizing of your sprinkler systems, including your green roof.
