Terrace, South Side (L2) Roof Maintenance Path & Metal Roof Over Concrete Ledge - Supply and Install Duro-Weave Vapor Barrier Over Decking
- Supply and Install 1/2” DensDeck Roof Board
- Supply and Install Average R-38 PolyIso
- Supply and Install 3/8” Tapered Insulation
- Supply and Install Fully Adhered 60 mil Duro-Tuff PVC (Includes: Slip Sheet, Screws,Plates, HVAC Curbs, Stacks, Caulking)
- Duro-Grip CR-20 Adhesive
- 1010 sq ft of Roof Trac III Walkway Pads (Safety Striping)
- Roof Post Anchors
- Supply and Install 20g Coping Metal. All coping metal shall be pre-finished. Provide standard metal colors for approval.
- Supply and Install Drains with Overflow
- Supply and Install 24 gauge Standing Seam (Concrete Ledge) with all Flashing Details, HTS Ice and Water, and 2” of XPS Rigid Insulation
- 20 YR Manufacturer NDL Warranty
