Globe Machine Manufacturing was a Metal retrofit and Roof Recovery System project of a large warehouse facility in Tacoma, Washington.
We installed metal roof retrofit to PVC. The flat roof was recovered with Duro-Last PVC over the existing roof material. The Metal retrofit and full roof replacements were with R-38 insulation: this roof system was a full tear-off of the four flat roof sections and full replacement of plywood. It included insulating the roof structures up to current energy and building codes with R-38.
