TPO (ThermoplasticPolyolefin) is a single-ply membrane that looks and functions much as the same as PVC, however they are both very different.  TPO is the fastest growing product in commercial flat roofing due to it’s similar properties as PVC and it’s lower cost.  Element Smart Roofing offers TPO options for spec jobs, but prefers to use PVC as it has been tried and tested for far longer and is much easier for contractors to check their work for welding issues.  If you absolutely want or have to have a TPO roof, rest assured our crews are well equipped to do the job right.
